Description

            The Bangui Windmills located in the northern part of Ilocos Norte is the first wind farm
in the Philippines. These huge turbines standing on the shores of Bangui Ilocos Norte supply 40% of Ilocos Norte’s electricity needs and become one of the best tourist attraction of the province. The 20 units turbines arrange on a 9 kilometer shoreline of Bangui has a breathtaking view and the sounds of the waves coming from the beach made if more spectacular.
